3 结语
　　
　　尽管目前对青少年社交焦虑障碍的认识和理解仍然是初步的，所进行的研究也很有限，但毕竟已经引起人们的研究，尝试深入了解这种障碍的病因学、症状学、流行病学，试图提高诊断及评估的正确性，从而开展有效的治疗。以后应进一步进行各种方法、疗效的对照研究,采取各种评估方式对治疗结果进行评估等,这将有助于对青少年社交焦虑的进一步理解和更有效的治疗，从而提高青少年的身心健康。
